Why a booking link beats DMs and Calendly
Most PTs start with one of two setups: book everything by DM, or use a generic tool like Calendly. Both leak revenue.
DMs. Every back-and-forth is friction. The client who messaged you on Sunday night might not message back on Tuesday morning when you confirm a time. You forget to follow up. The booking dies. Aggregate this across a year and it's hundreds of sessions you never billed for.
Calendly. Better than DMs, but it's a generic scheduling tool. No card-on-file. No session packages. No client portal. No way to track that a client booked, paid for a 10-pack, completed three sessions, and is due for a check-in. You end up bolting Stripe + a spreadsheet + reminder app on top.
PT Pro is one tool with all of that built in — booking, payment, reminders, packages, programs, progress, messaging — for $29 AUD/mo flat. The booking page is what gets clients in. Everything else is what keeps them.
