Per-client tools climb with your roster. PT Pro and My PT Hub don't. On these numbers, PT Pro is $348 AUD a year at 50 clients against about $1,420 AUD or more for TrueCoach and about $3,150 AUD for Trainerize. My PT Hub is also flat, so it's the closest on price.

What a no-show costs

One $85 no-show a week over 48 training weeks is $4,080 a year. Pro is $348 a year. A single $85 no-show fee covers almost three months of Pro.

Frequently asked questions

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no lock-in contracts and no cancellation fees. Go to Profile → Billing → Manage card & invoices (the Stripe portal) and cancel. It takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. Paid plans renew monthly until you cancel. Price changes need at least 30 days' notice by email.
What is the founding member plan?
The first 10 trainers approved get the Pro plan free for life, with no card and no downgrade when paid plans launch. Everyone else is free while PT Pro is in beta, and we email every account before billing starts. Apply on the homepage. Applications are approved by hand.
What happens when I hit 3 clients on Starter?
Starter allows 3 active clients. To add a fourth, upgrade to Pro at $29 AUD/mo. If you downgrade to Starter later, the change starts at the end of your billing cycle. Existing clients, bookings and logs stay fully editable and are never deleted. You just can't add more than 3 until you upgrade.
How do no-show fees work?
Clients save a card at booking through Stripe. If someone doesn't show, you mark the no-show and tap Charge. A no-show is never charged until you do. If a client cancels inside the window you set, the fee is charged after they confirm. Nothing is charged for a session you cancel, and you can waive or refund a fee. Card payments run on your own Stripe account (Stripe Connect). PT Pro takes no cut of client money. Stripe's standard card processing fee applies to you, like any Stripe account. Do you issue GST invoices?
Yes. Add your ABN and switch on GST, and any paid session, charged no-show fee or package can have a numbered tax invoice. Make one from a booking in one tap, or with Generate in Settings. Do you give refunds?
We don't refund partial months or unused time on paid plans, except where Australian Consumer Law requires it. If a technical problem stops you using PT Pro, tell us through the support chat on the homepage within 7 days and we'll review your case. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your renewal date.
